In aesthetic medicine, there are no universal algorithms or ready-made solutions. Every patient is different, and every clinical decision requires in-depth medical knowledge, a precise assessment, and an individualized approach.
That is precisely why I founded the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine—a place where training is not limited to simply mastering application techniques, but focuses on developing comprehensive clinical thinking, confidence, and professional responsibility.
I believe that a good cosmetic doctor is not made simply by attending courses. That skill is developed gradually and through constant analysis of one’s own results.
For this reason, every mentoring program at the Academy is conducted on an individual basis or in small groups of no more than two physicians, which allows for a personalized approach, ample time for discussion, hands-on work, and ongoing feedback.
My goal is not to train a large number of students. My goal is to prepare colleagues who will practice aesthetic medicine with confidence, safely, and with respect for their patients. The training programs are designed for both doctors who are taking their first steps in aesthetic medicine and colleagues who wish to refine their practical skills and build greater confidence in their daily practice.
All programs last two days and can be scheduled either on weekends or on weekdays by prior arrangement.
Every training program consists of three consecutive stages:
A two-day intensive training course (theory + practice).
Participation in actual clinical work and observation of daily practice.
Long-term professional support through the Academy's community.
What Sets the Academy Apart

Each program includes:

The most important part of the Academy, however, begins after the course ends.
The Mentoring Program
For me, training doesn’t end with the awarding of a certificate. The real challenges arise when a doctor begins working independently with their first patients. That is precisely when confidence and clinical reasoning are developed.
That is why every student becomes part of the Academy’s mentoring program and receives ongoing professional support as they handle their first clinical cases.
During this period, the following topics may be discussed:
- patient analysis;
- selection of a therapeutic approach;
- selection of the appropriate product;
- planning the procedure;
- injection technique;
- interpretation of the results;
- how to respond to adverse reactions and complications;
- all issues that arise in day-to-day practice.
I am convinced that it is precisely this ongoing support that transforms training into true mentorship and provides the peace of mind that every young doctor needs at the start of their professional journey.
Botulinum Toxin in Aesthetic Medicine
(Saturdays and Sundays, or individual lessons on weekdays.)
Who is this program intended for?
The program is designed for physicians who wish to develop a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the safe use of botulinum toxin in aesthetic medicine. During the training, the following topics are covered in detail: facial anatomy, the physiology of facial muscles, the mechanism of action of botulinum toxin, the indications and contraindications for treatment, proper patient selection, communication with the patient, and the development of an individualized treatment plan.
Special attention is given to the safety of procedures, the prevention of complications, their early detection, and protocols for managing adverse reactions when they occur.
The practical portion of the course is conducted on real models, with each student working under the constant supervision of a mentor. Each step is discussed in real time, and the technique is adapted to the student’s individual skills.
Program
Day One - Theoretical Training
The training begins at 10:00 a.m. and continues until 5:00 p.m., with a lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
On the first day, the following topics will be covered:
- anatomy of the face;
- physiology of the facial muscles;
- mechanism of action of botulinum toxin;
- clinical assessment of the patient;
- Indications and contraindications;
- developing an individualized treatment plan;
- medical records and informed consent;
- doctor-patient communication;
- dilution, dosing, and injection techniques;
- safety, adverse reactions, and protocols for managing complications.
Day Two - Hands-On Training
The practical session begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
After a brief review and discussion of clinical cases, the trainee works on two real models, performing the procedure personally under the mentor’s constant supervision, while analyzing the choice of injection sites, the administration technique, dosage, hand position, and overall clinical approach.
At the end of the training, individual feedback is provided, real-life clinical situations are discussed, and a certificate of successful completion of the mentoring program is awarded.
Lip Augmentation with Hyaluronic Acid Fillers
(Saturdays and Sundays, or individual lessons on weekdays.)
Who is this program intended for?
The program is designed for physicians who wish to learn the safety principles for working with dermal fillers in the lip area and to build confidence in planning and performing the procedure. The training combines in-depth theoretical instruction with hands-on sessions focused on achieving natural, harmonious, and safe results.
The course covers the anatomy of the lips, analysis of facial proportions, the characteristics of different lip types, indications and contraindications, selection of the appropriate product, various injection techniques, and management of vascular complications.
Practical work is carried out on real models, with each student performing the procedure under the instructor’s constant supervision and receiving individual feedback after each step.
Program

- injection techniques using a needle and a cannula;
- creating natural proportions;
- vascular complications, the use of hyaluronidase, and safety protocols.
Day Two - Hands-On Training
The practical session begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
After analyzing and planning clinical cases, the trainee works on two real models under the instructor’s constant supervision. The focus is on selecting the correct technique, the safe application of the product, creating natural proportions, and taking an individualized approach to each patient.
At the end of the training, there is a detailed analysis of the results, a discussion of various clinical situations, individual feedback, and the presentation of a certificate.
Why the Academy Is Different
I believe that the two-day training is just the beginning. A doctor’s true development begins the moment they see their first patient on their own. That is when the most important questions arise, and confidence is built through practice, analysis, and professional support.
For this reason, the Academy does not offer just two-day training sessions, but rather a comprehensive mentoring program that continues even after the course ends.
A Day in Real-World Practice
Every graduate has the opportunity to sign up for an additional day at the clinic, during which they observe the actual work process.
This is not a demonstration training session, but an opportunity to observe how a typical workday unfolds in an aesthetic medicine practice.
During the observation period, the trainee attends the following:
- initial consultations;
- assessment of the individual and development of a treatment plan;
- discussion of the indications and contraindications;
- communication between doctor and patient;
- photographic documentation;
- planning and performing various aesthetic procedures;
- Follow-up of patients after treatment.
This day provides an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained during training to a real-world clinical setting and demonstrates what the day-to-day work of an aesthetic medicine physician looks like outside the training environment.
